Maria's roasted pumpkin is slow roasted with herbs until golden. A comforting side or hearty base—can be enjoyed at room temperature or hot.
Served with Maria's macadamia sauce - rich and nutty. It's made from Australian macadamias, roasted then blended.
Serves 4-6
Orders must be placed 3-5 days prior to pick up. Food is prepared and comes with instructions for reheating, dressing and serving. Pick up at Maria's, Byron Bay.
